      Although his technology expertise spans several industries he has focused primarily on the real estate auction and travel sectors. He is a graduate of Baruch University with a degree in marketing and computer science.

      Tim is in his twenty-third year in the auction business and is President and CEO at Tranzon, LLC. He is a lifelong resident of southwestern Tennessee, where he resides and has his office. Tim is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa, and successfully completed all course and testing work for his Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s License, Auctioneers License and has gone on to become licensed in Arkansas, South Carolina and Mississippi as well.

      Tim has completed the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) course, provided through the National Auctioneer’s Association Education Institute and has been awarded the Designation of AARE. He has also completed the three-year process of Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) training, which is offered through the University of Indiana in conjunction with the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. Tim has been awarded the designation of CAI, which is considered the most prestigious designation offered to auctioneers and is held by less than 1,000 auctioneers worldwide.

      In July 2017 Mr. Mast was elected to serve the National Auctioneers Association as vice president. With this election he went on to serve one year as vice president and subsequently president and chairman of the board in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Prior to being elected vice president, Tim served a three-year term on the NAA board of directors. Before being elected to NAA positions he served on the education committee for the Tennessee Auctioneers Association for three years beginning in 2003. In 2006 he was installed as Vice President for the western district of Tennessee, in 2008 he was elected to the position of President-Elect and on December 6, 2009 was sworn in as President of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association to serve a one-year term. He has also served as the National Auctioneer’s Association Ambassador for the state of TN and continues to serve as a member of the Advocacy Committee.

      In 2013 Tim was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneer’s Association hall of fame and is the youngest person in its history to receive that honor. Due to his success and dedication to the industry he has become a sought-after speaker on the subject of real estate auctions. Tim also serves his community as chairman of the McNairy County Election Commission, a volunteer firefighter and is active in several local civic organizations.

      Prior to his introduction and full time devotion to the real estate, and accelerated marketing industry he owned and operated a successful home maintenance company and separately a credit-factoring firm. Tim has now divested of those companies and has dedicated his energies to the auction profession and his role as president and CEO. Using his natural skill for negotiating coupled with a commitment to continuing education, before taking on the CEO role, he was exceptionally successful in working through large and complicated property transactions spanning approximately 30 states and three countries.

      As a young man, in connection with his family interests, he resided for a two-year time frame in Bolivia, South America, where he learned to speak fluent Spanish, and growing up in his household he also learned and is fluent in German. Tim’s family life is active; he and his wife Ruth Anne have four children Lilah, Wyatt, Kaitlynn and Peyton.

      Sandy has been in the auction and real estate business since 1972. He is President/CEO of The Sanford Alderfer Companies which specialize in ethically and creatively helping people manage the maze of property in transition. He is active in the National Auctioneers Association and was inducted into the National Auctioneers Association’s Hall of Fame in July of 2012. Sandy has served as president of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association and was honored as the Auctioneer of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2016. In addition to overseeing The Sanford Alderfer Companies, Sandy serves numerous community organizations in a variety of capacities including as board member of Harleysville Bank, Goodville Mutual Insurance and Grand View Health Foundation. He is also a member of the Souderton/Telford Rotary.

      Steve is originally a native of Chicago, Illinois and originally joined Tranzon Asset Advisors in June 2003 after owning a successful insurance adjusting company.

      Previous employment included a successful and decorated military career through most of the 1970’s and 1980’s. After his military experience ended he worked for a large healthcare subrogation company where he rapidly advanced to a management position, in which he supervised and directed customer service activities for the company. His vast experience in the insurance industry led him to a successful tenure with a national adjusting company before finally opening his own firm in the mid 1990’s.

      Steve’s military career took him to Korea, Japan, Europe and Honduras for several successful tours of duty, in addition to several stateside assignments including 4 years with the Presidential Honor Guard, who recently participated in the honoring and funeral of former President Ronald Reagan. Steve’s exemplary service has been recognized with some of the highest peacetime awards from his country.

      Steve completed the three year process of Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) training, which is offered through the University of Indiana in conjunction with the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute.       Steve currently serves as the Chairman of the Deconate at Westfield Baptist Church in Dunn. He also sits on a number of committees for the church.

      Steve resides in Dunn, North Carolina with his wife Vicky who is a remote loan underwriter after having been a successful community banker for over 30 years. Steve’s recreational time is spent mainly at the beach in North Carolina or on the golf course; he is an avid golfer and sports fan. Steve and Vicky have one son, Steven II, who is currently serving in the United States Navy. Steve and Vicky have three grandsons – Landon, Collin, and Cohen.

      Jordan Conlee is currently a Vice President with Tranzon Asset Advisors at their corporate offices located in Elizabethtown, KY. He is a 2010 graduate of The University of Louisville where he earned his B.S.B.A with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Jordan is a second generation auctioneer who grew up working in and around the auction industry learning the trade from his father and longtime colleague Ed Durnil, CAI, CES, AMM.

      Mr. Conlee has over 10 years of experience as a licensed Sales Associate and Auctioneer, during which time he has taken part in over 200 accelerated auction sales of real estate. In his years with Tranzon, Jordan has worked closely with numerous Chapter 7 trustees and Chapter 11 debtors in a variety of jurisdictions within the United States Bankruptcy Court. His role has consisted of assisting the client and counsel in the timely and orderly liquidation of real estate assets of the respective bankruptcy estates.

      Further, Jordan has overseen the sale of assets for lenders and individuals ranging from investment grade residential to high value
      commercial real estate and land. These transactions have allowed him to become well-versed and highly knowledgeable in coordinating and structuring complex consensual sales within the bankruptcy court that involve the cooperation of debtors, creditors, and their counsel, in order to execute a successful accelerated auction marketing campaign that achieves the ultimate goal of maximizing exposure, value and recovery for the interested parties.

      As noted previously, Jordan has extensive experience in assisting financial institutions with overseeing the promotion and liquidation of their real estate assets in all stages of the foreclosure process.       Vance got to know several key Tranzon people when they were in St. Louis to auction 22 convenience stores. He enjoyed the auction process and over the next couple years successfully tag teamed with them on several projects. He has been dedicated full time to the commercial real estate and accelerated marketing process since 2003 as Executive Vice President of Tranzon Asset Advisors.

      The Des Moines, Iowa native served as a marketing consultant to Inland Marketing Services, Inc., where he performed site analyses, market/competitor evaluations, feasibility studies, demographic research and other related consulting for convenience store, truck stop, car wash and fast food operators seeking to expand by adding new locations, remodeling existing facilities or pursuing the “raise and rebuild” route.

      Much of Luksetich’s expertise in this area was acquired as general manager of Clinton County Oil Company, a post he held for more than a decade. There he coordinated the operations of nine company-owned and operated convenience stores with gasoline, as well as one Shell Express station and a Firestone Tire dealership.

      He oversaw remodeling and new construction projects, working with architects, zoning administrators, traffic specialists, equipment suppliers, construction foremen and store personnel to complete projects on time and within budget; managed tank system upgrades, removals, remediation activities and tank fund reimbursement as well as annual system compliance. Additionally, he was involved in the wholesale and retail marketing of Shell gasoline, diesel fuel and lubricants to convenience stores, service stations and commercial accounts.

      A Certified Public Accountant, he was engaged in investment analysis, contract negotiations, collections and managed the company’s banking and insurance needs.

      Before he entered the gas and convenience store business he actively worked as a CPA, in management for Miller, Cremers & Associates, P.C., CPA’s in Des Moines, Iowa and as a senior auditor for Wagner, Matthias & McGinn, P.C., CPA’s, also in Des Moines. Clients included corporations, manufacturers, grain cooperatives, non-profit agencies, as well as federal and state governmental departments.

      Luksetich holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – accounting from the University of Iowa, in Iowa City. He is currently serving his 10th year on the board of directors of the Missouri Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is past president. He completed the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) course provided by the National Auctioneer’s Association. He served for six years on the board of directors of the Illinois Petroleum Marketers Association; seven years as brand chairman for IL & MO Shell Oil Co.       Barbara worked as Chief of Operations for a major healthcare system for 10 years. She has also worked in multiple major healthcare systems as a Director of Nursing (Registered Rehabilitation Nurse CRRN) for 25 years where she was also utilized as a consultant to the entire healthcare system. She has been involved in healthcare property acquisitions as well as renovations and construction of a new hospital.

      During her tenure as a Chief Operating Officer Barbara served on numerous healthcare boards and state medical organizations both as a member and officer. She was also responsible for the acquisition of a certification to provide continuing education to physicians.

      She has been a realtor and auctioneer since 1997 and holds a real estate broker and auctioneer licenses in Kentucky. She is responsible for operations and office management at Tranzon Asset Advisors.

      Barbara received her nursing degree from Kaskaskia College, a BA from Lincoln Christian University, an MA from Lexington Theological Seminary majoring in counseling as well as studies at the University of Kentucky. Barbara is married to Ed Durnil and they have one son, Jordan.

      Tammy Greenwell, a senior Customer Service Representative, joined Tranzon Asset Advisors in October 2003. Since that time she has consistently increased her responsibilities and duties for the company.
      Tammy is the marketing coordinator, handles PIP layout and oversees many of the general aspects of the award winning advertising campaigns that Tranzon Asset Advisors conducts. She is responsible for marketing budgets, placement of properties to websites, researching due diligence for real estate, and general marketing/advertising oversight.
      Tammy’s background is in customer service, data management and marketing services. Ms. Greenwell attended the Elizabethtown Community College and currently resides in Elizabethtown, Ky. with her husband.

      Kelly Toney has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Auctioneer & Broker. His career began in field sales for an oilfield tool company and migrated to the auction industry, specializing in oilfield & construction equipment.

      After starting his own auction company in 1998, the focus began to shift to real estate and the company became an independent member of Tranzon, LLC specializing in the sale of commercial and residential real estate through live auctions for national banks, lenders and mortgage servicing companies.

      Kelly has conducted over 1,000 auctions of real and personal property totaling more than $100,000,000. He has sold multi-family, office & medical buildings, industrial properties, retail centers, hotels, ranches, undeveloped land, single family homes as well as performing & non-performing notes.

      His company was also one of three contractors for the FDIC to dispose of assets from failed financial institutions. Kelly, his wife and five boys are active members at The Met Baptist Church, and he is involved in several different ministries. He holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.

      Peter joined Tranzon in 2005 where his focus has been on the disposition of both business and real property assets through accelerated marketing. With a concentration primarily on commercial, Peter has been involved in the sale of real property from multiple asset classes, including office buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, multi-family complexes, shopping centers, development land, small retail service stations, and convenience stores. Peter works closely with banking, legal, and real estate communities throughout the US providing representation for sellers in need of expedient real estate disposition solutions that range from single properties holdings, to complex multiple property portfolios.

She served as business liaison between Hanover County and businesses located within the County to assist in developing a better environment for business owners within Hanover County. She served as president of the Business Advisory Committee for Adults with Disabilities for the Hanover County Community Services Board for four years. Tammy has also served as committee chair and/or co-chair for various committees for the non-profit Festival of Trees in partnership with Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center for over six years. She was president of the Small Business Development Committee within the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, and a board member on the Quality Council of Greater Richmond. Tammy has also received numerous community involvement related awards for her efforts towards the betterment of others, including the Gratitude Award for Contributing to the Economic Vitality of the Region for her participation in the Greater Richmond Business Visitation Program run by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce; the Jean C. Harris Award for Excellence from Hanover County Community Services Board; and the Hanover County Rotary Club’s Award of Excellence for putting service to others above herself.

      Born and raised in Raleigh, Sarah has a strong foundation for helping others. After graduating from Wake Forest University, Sarah worked as a Media Consultant in New York City and as a licensed real estate broker in Raleigh.

      Sarah is excited to bring her passion for people and real estate to the Tranzon Fox team. Her ability to listen thoughtfully and connect with others allows clients to feel comfortable and confident. She fully invests her time and attention in each client’s specific real estate goals and works diligently to help their vision become a reality.

      Sarah enjoys running with her Golden Retriever, Macon, and teaching dance classes in her free time. You will often find her traveling with friends and family to the coast or spending time at her family’s farm in Hillsborough.

      Sam is an experienced real estate broker with 10 prior years of experience as a project manager and estimator for large construction firms. He successfully managed millions of dollars in commercial construction with projects varying from large institutional buildings to small retail up-fits and everything in between.  His intimate knowledge of the construction process is a major asset when assessing and selling commercial real estate for his clients.
       
      Sam now has 8 years of commercial brokerage experience and concentrates his efforts in Gaston County, NC. He has sold six buildings in downtown Mt. Holly.  He recently helped his clients open two Burn Boot Camps; one in Belmont and one is Wesley Chapel.  He sold 12 Acres for The City of Bessemer City to a townhome developer who will build 90+ homes in the area.  He also sold 725 Elm Street for the City of Mount Holly to Old Mecklenburg Brewery for a major redevelopment along the Catawba River.
       
      In 2017, Sam was admitted to the nationally acclaimed Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Emerging Broker Training Program and graduated in May of that year.  Admission to the EBT Program is highly competitive, and the rigorous training program creates a successful brand of broker equipped to handle today’s challenging market. Sam completed the course work ranked 1st among all participants. In 2018, he completed course work, sat, and passed the exam to be a CCIM Designee.
       
      Sam wrestled in college for West Virginia University where he was voted team captain twice and earned All-American honors.  He lived and trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. He currently lives in Belmont, NC with his three children Camryn (19), Jackson (12) and Tyler (12).
