Tranzon Driggers provides real estate auction and accelerated marketing services, as well as liquidations of business and other financial assets for corporations, financial institutions, trustees, individuals, and estates. Tranzon Driggers is part of the Tranzon, LLC network of experienced and highly respected auction companies located throughout the United States. Together, the member companies in Tranzon comprise one of the leading real estate auction companies in the nation, with more than 30 offices from coast to coast.

Tranzon Driggers maintains offices in Ocala, FL, and concentrates its auction services in the states of Florida, Georgia and Alabama. As part of the Tranzon network, however, Tranzon Driggers can meet the needs of its clients for real estate auction and accelerated asset dispositions anywhere in the country, working in collaboration with its fellow Tranzon companies who, together, have experience in successfully selling properties at auction in virtually every state in the nation.

  • Kevin Weinsheimer, AMM

    Kevin Weinsheimer serves as Chief Operating Officer for Tranzon Driggers, overseeing business operations, strategic planning, marketing, auction project execution and management, and successful real estate transaction results.

    A knowledgeable business and marketing professional, he previously worked as Marketing Manager for the largest privately held mortgage lender in the U.S. and as Business Operations Manager for a wireless communications contracting firm that worked throughout the Southeastern U.S. His wide array of experience includes financial management, streamlining business operations, process improvement, managing projects and teams, marketing strategies, developing and executing marketing campaigns, branding, content development, and communications.

    Mr. Weinsheimer earned a Bachelor’s degree from Mercer University, an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from College of Central Florida, and holds the A+ technology certification from CompTIA. He is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a licensed Florida Apprentice Auctioneer, and an active member of the National Auctioneers Association. He also holds the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute.

    Jon Barber, a successful real estate broker since 1984, has marketed and closed real estate transactions for commercial, industrial, development properties, acreage, multi-family and single family residential properties in both urban and rural markets throughout the United States.

    Jon began his real estate career working with residential contractor/developers specializing in luxury homes. He then moved into the commercial arena where he managed all real estate, development and financial activities related to a large mixed-use Development of Regional Impact, including sales, leasing, financial management, development and permitting activities as well as compliance management.  During this time, Jon developed a vast knowledge of real estate marketing and the nuances of complex real estate projects.

    Jon joined Tranzon Driggers in 2009, bringing over 28 years of expertise in real estate and management skills to the Tranzon team. His ability to focus on solutions for his clients continues to deliver top results.

    In 2008, Jon served as the Executive Director of the Florida Horse Park, a community oriented not-for-profit whose mission is to promote equine sports and recreation in Florida.

    An avid outdoorsman and bicyclist, Jon is also a pilot providing expanded geographical range for the benefit of his Tranzon clients.

    Jon earned a BS in Business from the University of South Florida.

    Walt Driggers III, CAI, AARE is a seasoned auctioneer and real estate broker who has successfully conducted auctions for thousands of pieces of real estate including commercial, industrial, development properties, acreage, multi-family and single family residential properties.

    A professional auction strategist known for his expertise in dealing with complex business transactions, Mr. Driggers has built a team well versed in auction marketing and client-driven results.

    In the early 1990’s he served as principal auctioneer for hundreds of properties sold throughout Florida for the RTC and has represented financial institutions, receiverships, turn-around portfolio managers, Federal Bankruptcy Trustees, attorneys, corporations. foundations, developers, and individuals throughout the Southeastern United States to efficiently and expeditiously market and sell their properties for over 30 years.

    Mr. Driggers served on the board of the National Auctioneers Association, is past president of the Florida Auctioneers Association, has received many awards and honors over the years including awards from the National Association of Realtors, the Certified Auctioneers Institute, the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, and has been inducted into the Florida Auctioneers Hall of Fame. In addition, a sought after speaker, Driggers teaches real estate auction practices throughout the United States and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in the industry. He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in multiple states.

    Mr. Driggers is a co-founder of Tranzon, and serves as an Auction Advisor with Tranzon Driggers.

  • Christine Dudley, CAI, AARE, GPPA

    After moving from Maine to Florida in 1979, Chris Dudley entered the real estate industry in the early 80’s, and subsequently owned an antique business for 13 years while raising two amazing daughters who graduated from Stetson University. Her antique addiction led her into the auction business in the mid 90’s.

    Over the years Chris has participated in industry-focused education and training with the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Home Builders, and National Auctioneers Association with a focus on management, sales and marketing.

    Chris has a passion for her community and for over 30 years she has been involved and held leadership positions with multiple organizations including the School Academic and Enhancement Council (SAEC), Family Resource Center, First United Methodist, Florida Auctioneers Association, and Rotary.

    Chris is a 2018 inductee of the Florida Auctioneers Association’s Hall of Fame (Lewis C. Dell Award) and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate and Auctioneer. In 2022, Chris earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation developed by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). The three-year CAI program is the industry’s premier training program for auction professionals. She also holds the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) and GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) designations with the National Auctioneers Association. Chris is enthusiastic about the auction industry and specializes in serving estates, probate, and private sellers.

  • Stephen Griffin, AARE

    Mr. Griffin received a BA degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University. He began his career in real estate with the United States real estate operations of Manulife Financial, a major Canadian Life Insurance company, where he managed commercial real estate portfolios in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and Washington D.C.

    Mr. Griffin was an integral part of the startup and management of Kilburn-Young Asset Management Corporation, an RTC SAMDA contractor, where he supervised the asset management and disposition of a large portfolio of diversified real estate assets. He was also a Senior Director in Multifamily Brokerage, specializing in apartment sales, for Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia. During his tenure, he was involved with marketing and selling 90 properties across a six state territory, totaling over $1 billion, and was an essential member of Cushman’s top performing multifamily team in Atlanta.

    At Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Griffin managed equity and debt positions, including special servicing of CMBS loans as well as management of various Lehman Brothers positions in senior, mezz, junior debt and REO assets.

    Prior to his association with Tranzon Driggers, he operated his own firm providing advisory and brokerage services for investors of primarily multifamily properties in the Southeast. He has provided analysis and recommendation for potential acquisitions as well as defined strategic allocation for capital investment via markets and product type.

    Stephen Griffin is an independent contractor of Tranzon Driggers. He is a real estate licensee in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina and maintains the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute.

  • Cathy Johnson

    Operations Specialist, Tranzon Driggers

    Cathy Johnson serves as the Operations Specialist for the Tranzon Driggers team, with a full range of administrative duties.

    A licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, Ms. Johnson coordinates the critical new auction set up functions and works closely with the project management team to assist with the auction production process, utilizing her enthusiastic customer service and sharp communication skills acquired with years of real estate sales and property/office management experience.



  • Ben McClung

    A native Floridian, Ben received a B.S. studying Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in 2005.  Ben helped represent Vanderbilt Men’s Golf for its first ever NCAA National Championship appearance in 2003 and again the following year in 2004.

    After Vanderbilt, Ben played professionally for 5 years traveling throughout the United States and internationally in pursuit of his PGA Tour card.  In 2011, he founded an aerial videography company based in Jacksonville, FL to showcase golf, resort, and luxury real estate properties across the country.

    In 2015, Ben became a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Tranzon Driggers.  His notable experience positioning unique, premier properties provides insight and strategy to effectively maximize value for property sellers.

  • Justin McQuary, AARE, AMM

    Justin joined the Tranzon Driggers team in 2015 bringing with him experience as both a community banker and a licensed sales producer with a Fortune 500 insurance company. As an auction strategist, he is experienced in the marketing and sale of commercial and residential real estate.

    Justin McQuary is an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and is certified in Auction Marketing Management (AMM) through the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). He is a Florida real estate licensee as well as an active member of the National Auctioneers Association.

  • Brandon Seelig, AARE

    Brandon Seelig joined the Tranzon Driggers team in 2017 bringing with him experience in marketing, customer service, and business development. He previously worked in operations and marketing for several technology and finance companies.

    Seelig helps buyers purchase real estate at auction and develop strategies to assist private sellers realize the market value of their properties through the auction process.

    Brandon holds the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation, awarded by the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute. Brandon earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 2011 and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

  • Karen Tringali

    Originally from Vermont and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Karen has been a Floridian for almost 30 years. Soon after moving to Florida, she earned her real estate license and worked for a builder-developer in residential sales for several years before entering into the business of selling real estate via the auction method.

    Karen suspended her career to raise 2 children with her husband Mike. During this time, The Boys and Girls Club, Junior Achievement, Juvenile Diabetes Association, and local public schools benefited from her organizational and fundraising skills.

    In 2009, Karen rejoined Tranzon Driggers and returned to her favorite way of selling real estate -- by auction. Since returning, Karen has developed a niche working with buyers and has participated in the auction sale of hundreds of properties.
