Tranzon Auction Properties is part of the Tranzon, LLC network of experienced and highly respected auction companies located throughout the United States. Together, the member companies in Tranzon comprise one of the leading real estate auction companies in the nation, with more than 30 offices from coast to coast.   • Thomas Saturley, CAI

    Thomas W. Saturley is President of Tranzon Auction Properties and the Interim CEO of Tranzon, LLC. He is also one of the founding members of the Tranzon partnership and has served as chairman of Tranzon’s Executive Committee for the last 10 years.

    Mr. Saturley has been a respected professional in the real estate industry since 1990. Prior to this, he was a practicing attorney in Maine and New Hampshire, routinely representing clients in complicated real estate development and lending transactions. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maine. He brings with him a background in law, real estate, auction marketing, and business management, and has spoken extensively on auction methodology in various professional forums and educational settings throughout the country.

    Mr. Saturley is currently licensed to conduct auctions in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont, and is licensed to sell real estate in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut. He holds a J.D. Degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire, and a B.A. Degree from Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He is a CAI certified auctioneer and has served as president of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). In 2017, Mr. Saturley was inducted into the NAA Hall of Fame, in recognition of his many years of professional excellence, integrity, and service.

    Belinda J. Arsenault is Marketing Coordinator at Tranzon Auction Properties. She is responsible for all aspects of art direction, including marketing campaign implementation, brochures, print ads, direct mail design, and in-house production. Belinda also handles media buying. She presently holds an Associate Broker license in Maine.

    Belinda has “gone the extra mile” to offer the highest level of professionalism and the most up-to-date information by earning the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation. Offered through the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute, the AMM course covers topics such as lead generation and prospecting, internet marketing, branding, measuring efficiency and content creation. Less than 1% of Auctioneers throughout North America hold the AMM designation.

    A 1997 graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, MA, he lives in Portland, ME and is actively involved in the community including as a founder and former chair of PROPEL, supervisory board member at Town & Country Credit Union, current co-chair of the Portland Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and a proud member of the National Auctioneer Association, Realtors, American Bankruptcy Institute and National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.

    John Dobos is a Sales Associate for Tranzon Auction Properties. Mr. Dobos is based in New Jersey and is primarily focused on growing the company’s business throughout the State as well as the greater NY-NJ-PA corridor.

    Prior to joining Tranzon, Mr. Dobos worked in a similar role for a NJ based auction company for four years. During that time he worked primarily with municipalities, developers and financial institutions in the NY Metro region as well as the greater Delmarva area. His experience includes auctioning off all types of residential property types, raw land, preserved farm land, municipal owned real estate as well as commercial and industrial properties.

    Before entering the auction business, Mr. Dobos worked in the hospitality industry as the master Chef at finer hotels and restaurants throughout New Jersey.

    Mr. Dobos is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM"). He is a license real estate agent in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) , National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), NY Metro Chapter CCIM.

    Mr. Dobos spends some of his free time volunteering on a regular basis at Elijah’s Promise soup kitchen in New Brunswick, NJ.

    Michael Foster brings an international connection to Tranzon Auction Properties, Buffalo. Corporate Broker for Foster Real Estate, Inc., Michael is a Canadian citizen with permanent United States residency. This, along with the close Western New York geographic location to Toronto, Ontario offers Michael the ability to attract and easily work with Canadian and United States clients. Michael was educated at Niagara College in Ontario Canada and is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors.

    Having successfully collaborated and worked with most Real Estate and Development Agencies in the Western New York area, Michael believes in the importance of maintaining a collegial relationship with other commercial agents and brokers. Michael is a relationship Broker putting the business needs of his clients as his first priority and actively cultivates relationships with investors and developers from the United States, Canada, and China. Michael currently sits on the Kenmore Industrial and Commercial Incentives Board and has worked with the Buffalo Niagara Enterprise; the Niagara, Erie, Chautauqua, and Orleans County Industrial Development Associations to help facilitate incentives for his clients.

    Sales Associate Ruth Ludwig Lind brings a diverse background and rich skill set to Tranzon. She has held positions of responsibility and management in the fields of journalism, corporate communications, aviation, real estate development, and auctioneering and appraisal services.

    Prior to entering the field of Auctioneering, Ruth owned and operated OTR Properties, LLC, a Coastal Maine real estate development company which specialized in historical renovations and developing coastal properties to the highest and best use status. She worked extensively with local governments and boards on land use planning issues and permitting activities, and hired and supervised construction, engineering, earth works, and infrastructure subcontractors. OTR developed neighborhoods in underused segments of in-town property, and rehabilitated historical inns and commercial buildings.

    As a Benefit Auctioneer Specialist, she works extensively with schools, museums, animal welfare and conservation groups to enable them to continue their great works as a result of planning and producing profitable fundraising events.

    Ruth is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association, and currently serves as President of the Maine Auctioneers Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Maine and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and Auctioneer in Maine.
