Linda adds to agent earnings by encouraging them to participate by bringing buyers and sellers to auctions. Community service work includes SPCA, Habitat for Humanity, HOME, American Battlefield Trust, and benefit auctions for many churches, schools and other non-profits. With a background in corporate finance and investment management, Jeff serves as the Treasurer of Tranzon Fox, the largest member company of the Tranzon group.

Jeff is one of the founders of Tranzon and served as its president for its first seven years. He is credited with executing the strategy that created Tranzon in 2000.

He is a certified financial analyst. Jeff is a principal in the Richmond VA based firm of Pineno Levin & Ford Asset Management, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm. Formerly, he held the positions of Director of Research and Chief Financial Officer of Scott and Stringfellow Financial, Inc., a Mid-Atlantic brokerage and investment advisory firm (now owned by a major regional bank). He also served as an investment banker and research analyst with Scott and Stringfellow and as a consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture).

Suzy Murphy has been a member of the Tranzon Fox Northern Virginia team since 2005 and is a licensed auctioneer. During her tenure at Tranzon Fox, clients with whom Ms. Murphy has worked have realized more than $50,000,000 through the successful sale of real estate and personal property. In addition to live auctioneering, Ms. Murphy is the company finance manager overseeing the day to day company business. She also is sales manager for the Tranzon Fox team. Formerly Suzy was director of single seller marketing for real estate in the Baltimore-Washington region and has successfully coordinated national marketing efforts for multiple commercial listings. She has particular experience assisting in the identification and qualification of buyers with extensive experience overseeing property-related due-diligence and creation of Tranzon Fox’s industry-recognized property information packages. In addition to her auction training and background, Ms. Murphy has more than ten years experience as a tax professional with significant experience relating to the tax consequences of the sale or exchange of real estate and related wealth and estate management issues.

Ms. Murphy is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering where she was elected Secretary of her class. She has participated in on-going continuing education in the real estate field. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics from George Mason University where she was a national champion collegiate debater. Ms. Murphy actively volunteers in her community and has served as an auctioneer for charities including the Baltimore Junior League, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and others.

For the auctions handled by Tranzon Fox's Virginia Beach, Virginia, headquarters and operations office, Kiley is responsible for developing the marketing programs and executing select portions of those programs, including the design and placement of newspaper ads and digital ads, as well as the design and distribution of broadcast e-mail campaigns. He also oversees the design of direct mail and the process of list selection and acquisition for those mailings.

Kiley is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College (now known as St. Andrews University), with a bachelor's degree in business and economics. Many of his advertising designs have won awards from the Virginia Auctioneers Association.

Kiley specializes in marketing significant commercial real property auctions and was the winner of the 1999 Tranzon Fox Marketing Award for his work on a $40 million bankruptcy auction.

In 2013, he played a role in marketing approximately 150 pieces of real estate, including commercial, residential, lots, and land.

Zeb has been with Tranzon Fox since 2001. He is responsible for marketing for the multi-seller real estate auctions(“MSA”) in the Southern Division region. He coordinates MSA marketing campaign implementation, including web-based advertising, and in-house production of property information packages (PIPS), ensuring market exposure for each piece of real estate. Zeb also prepares complex PIPs and handles web-based advertising for feature properties in stand-alone auctions.

Seth A. White entered the residential real estate industry after graduating from Virginia Tech in 2015. Cyndi Burruss has been a member of the Tranzon Fox Northern Virginia team for 2 years and has been a licensed Realtor in Virginia for 8 years. Prior to Tranzon Fox, Cyndi has had a diverse sales career. She worked at AT&T Communications for 11 years where she held multiple positions and finished her last 3 years selling long distance to small business customers. After AT&T Cyndi was the Director of Sales at Learning Tree International located in Reston, VA. She directed and supervised 100 call center representatives that specialized in selling high-tech computer training. She then continued as Director of Sales for Valucom located in Vienna, VA where she and her sales team sold telecommunications software.

Cyndi is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a degree in Computer Science. She received her Masters degree in Management Information Systems from George Washington University.

Tammy Wright joined Tranzon Fox’s team in 2017. Tammy brings to Tranzon over 30 years of sales, marketing, graphic design, advertising, and customer service experience. She provides marketing, proposal preparation, buyer relations, and MLS management for the Richmond, VA office.

Prior to Tranzon, Tammy owned an advertising, marketing, and design firm for over 23 years. During that time, her firm was named one of Richmond’s largest firms according to Inside Business Magazine. She has won numerous advertising industry awards for design in print media as well as website design. Since closing her firm, she was the sales and marketing manager for a low voltage security company and for a General Motors regional accessory distributor.

Tammy has been a member of the Hanover County Rotary Club for over 25 years and has served as president. She was co-chair of the largest fundraiser for over 10 years, raising over $250,000 during that time span, and was made the youngest and only female honorary member at the time. She served as business liaison between Hanover County and businesses located within the County to assist in developing a better environment for business owners within Hanover County. She served as president of the Business Advisory Committee for Adults with Disabilities for the Hanover County Community Services Board for four years. Tammy has also served as committee chair and/or co-chair for various committees for the non-profit Festival of Trees in partnership with Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center for over six years. She was president of the Small Business Development Committee within the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, and a board member on the Quality Council of Greater Richmond. Tammy has also received numerous community involvement related awards for her efforts towards the betterment of others, including the Gratitude Award for Contributing to the Economic Vitality of the Region for her participation in the Greater Richmond Business Visitation Program run by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce; the Jean C.
