As a Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) graduate, Naomi completed the esteemed three-year business and professional management program offered through the University of Indiana, Bloomington, in collaboration with the National Auction Association. Naomi also holds the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. These credentials highlight her expertise and dedication to the auction profession and demonstrate her ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Her academic achievements include a Master’s in Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy from Bay Path University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Hampton University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Prince George’s Community College.
Naomi's commitment to community service is evident in her involvement and service on the Board of Directors for the National Auction Association, Black BRAND (the Hampton Roads African American Chamber of Commerce), and the Hampton-Newport News Achievement Foundation. She is also an active member of Toastmasters International, where she is a Past District Director, and the Virginia Auctioneers Association.
