Joe Achenbach graduated with a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and went on to serve as a Naval Officer for five years including two deployments. Upon receiving an honorable discharge, Joe attended Cornell University where he earned both an MBA and a Master in Real Estate Development.
Upon graduating from Cornell, Joe entered into the real estate industry where he has worked on nearly every property type and gained an extensive knowledge of the real estate development process. He has developed more than $900 million of multifamily, retail, office, industrial and student housing on both the owner/operator and developer side.
He is a licensed broker in New York and Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Joe is an independent contractor for Tranzon, LLC.
