  • Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: Close of escrow no later than December 29, 2025, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: 10% deposit within 24 hours of auction close by wire transfer
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2.5% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
