- Buyer's Premium: 5% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
- Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
- Deposit Amount: $10,000 certified deposit required to bid; 10% total deposit in certified funds within 24 hours of auction closing

- Agency Disclosure: The member company acting as auctioneer/agent is an agent for the seller only.

Online Bidding Instructions:
$10,000 wire transfer or cashier's check deposit is required in order to bid. Contact Tiffeny Cook at tcook@tranzon.com for deposit instruction. If you are the high bidder, the deposit will be applied to the 10% deposit. The balance of the deposit must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours. No deposits or payments will be accepted by credit card.
