  • Buyer's Premium: 5% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies. Sale subject to court confirmation.
  • Deposit Amount: 10% deposit with a minimum deposit of $25,000 in guaranteed funds.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at close of escrow.
  • Agency Disclosure: The member company acting as auctioneer/agent is an agent for the seller only.

Online Bidding Instructions:

$25,000 cashier's check or wire transfer required in order to bid. If you are the high bidder, the bid deposit will be applied to the 10% deposit.  The balance of the deposit must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours. 

No deposits or payments will be accepted by credit card. 

Bidders must also submit the Bidder Registration Form, which can be downloaded from the Documents section on the main listing page.  Once the deposit and Bidder Registration Form are received by the auction company, you will be approved to bid.
