Tranzon partnered with Re/Max By the Bay to create a two-pronged marketing strategy. The home would be marketed with an auction date of June 18 while simultaneously being on the MLS for conventional offers. Tranzon’s marketing launched at the end of April advertising the auction and the opportunity to put in early offers and beat the gavel.
The dual strategy worked like a charm. A pre-sale offer for $1,525,000 was presented and accepted in mid-May, only two weeks into the marketing period. The sale closed two days before the scheduled auction date!
