Tranzon sold two parcels of land totaling 105 AC’s of land in Hernando, MS to the highest bidder at auction. The property had been marketed for several years with no results. The property was zoned M-2 Industrial and was suitable for bulk buildings or planned industrial park. The land had excellent access to highways, distribution centers and the Memphis Airport/FedEx Hub. A total of 19 interested parties from 14 states reviewed the property information package and 12 parties registered to bid. The property sold for $924,000 and closed all cash in 30 days following the auction.
