This self-service car wash is on a busy road but not far from a new competitor. Through a targeted local/regional marketing campaign, Tranzon Fox was able to reach area realtors, bankers and investors who all brought bidders to the sale. With a disclosed reserve of $250,000, auction day was a success with multiple active bidders. We exceeded the seller's expectations with a total purchase price of $412,500.
