Two auction campaigns were produced for this corporate client to help their 30+ REO properties. A local and regional print and electronic marketing campaign alerted the greater community to the sale. The campaign also targeted local realtors, developers and investors, via emails, website postings and direct mail. Some properties were offered through a live auction method while others were auctioned on-line. In all, there were over 7,500 page views on our website, 800 downloads of various Property Information Packages and dozens of bidders; the process was a great success.
