Tranzon Driggers was hired to market and sell this St. Johns riverfront estate in Jacksonville, Florida that had previously been listed by a realtor for about a year. A customized, multi-faceted marketing strategy was developed and implemented to dramatically expose the property to the marketplace. Marketing components included print media, digital marketing, social media, professionally provided aerial and property video, television commercial, targeted direct mail, custom signage, and buyer and broker outreach efforts.
The marketing campaign yielded over 20,000 web page views and 166 individual inquiries. Prospects located in 23 states and Canada inquired about the property. A total of 52 people attended the property previews.
The auction process identified a buyer who, when faced with a deadline, purchased the property which they had seen several times prior to the auction. The transaction closed as scheduled.
