Two foreclosed and vacant apartment buildings located near Marlins Park in Miami, Florida were sold by Tranzon Driggers. The buildings had existing code violations and required extensive rehab or to be demolished by order of the city. The targeted marketing campaign produced a combined 2,400 web views, 135 inquiries, and 12 interested parties attended the property previews. Marketing efforts identified a buyer who made an offer prior to the scheduled online auction that was 370% above the seller’s reserve. The offer was subsequently accepted by the seller and the transaction closed 20 days later.
