To reach potential buyers, we implemented a multi-layered marketing strategy. This involved utilizing various real estate websites, digital and search advertising, social media, direct mail, professional aerial photography, and comprehensive property information packages.
The marketing efforts yielded over 6,400 online property views and 103 inquiries for the condo from interested parties across 24 states and Canada. The boat slip received nearly 1,700 views, resulting in inquiries from 54 prospects across 16 states. A total of six parties attended the property preview.
For the online auctions, eleven bidders qualified for the condo, and seven for the boat slip. The competitive bidding concluded with the condo selling for a total purchase price of $588,500.00, and the boat slip for a purchase price of $209,550.00. Both transactions closed successfully as scheduled.
