A custom, multi-faceted marketing campaign was crafted and implemented to draw significant attention to the sale. The campaign consisted of online and digital advertising, intense social media marketing, direct mail, and auction signage.
Response to the campaign yielded nearly 30,000 online property views and 83 individual inquiries from prospective buyers in 16 states and Brazil. Eight parties attended property previews.
A total of 20 individuals registered to participate in the online auction. Competitive bidding extended more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled end time resulting in a purchase price of $513,700. The transaction closed in 33 days.
