A custom marketing campaign consisting of numerous online property listings, strategic digital advertising, social media marketing, and proactive buyer and broker outreach was developed and implemented. The campaign generated over 32,600 online views and 138 prospects from 23 states inquired about the property. A total of 30 parties attended property previews.
