Tranzon Driggers was hired to market 2 island waterfront homesites (1.7± and 1.5± acre) on Palm Island, Florida. A custom, multifaceted advertising campaign was developed and implemented to broadly expose the properties to the market. The campaign utilized digital advertising, social media marketing, direct mail promotional postcards, professional aerial and property videos, and targeted proactive outreach to brokers and buyers.
The marketing campaign yielded more than 26,000 combined online views of the properties. 167 total prospects from 21 states made direct inquiries. Thirty-two prospective buyers registered to participate in the online auction. Competitive bidding resulted in a purchase price for each property that exceeded the seller’s reserve. The transactions closed in 30 days.
