Tranzon Driggers sold seven 3BR/2BA houses near The Villages, Florida in an estate sale. A customized multifaceted marketing campaign was developed and consisted of digital and social media marketing, print advertising, signage, property previews, and targeted proactive outreach to brokers and buyers. The properties were offered in such a manner that buyers could buy one or buy all of the homes together.
The marketing campaign yielded nearly 34,000 total web views of the properties and 256 total initial inquiries. Twenty-three individuals registered to participate in the online auction. The auction experienced intense online bidding which resulted in all 7 properties being contracted. All transactions closed within 21 days.
