Tranzon Driggers was authorized as Special Master by the circuit court to market and conduct the foreclosure auction of a 4,000± sf medical office building in Defuniak Springs, Florida. In addition, Tranzon Driggers was instructed to manage, preserve, and maintain the property during the course of the auction campaign.
A custom marketing campaign comprised of digital and social media marketing, print advertising, custom auction signage, and buyer and broker outreach was created and implemented. Marketing efforts produced over 9,200 website views which yielded inquiries from 39 prospects in 7 states and Canada.
The foreclosure auction was performed online at Tranzon.com, allowing for greater participation than traditional foreclosure auctions conducted by the clerk of the court.
