Tranzon Driggers was appointed as the special master to conduct an auction of a 5BR/4.5BA, 3,689± sf ur estate in Coral Gables, Florida as a result of a suit to partition. This estate is situated in the heart of the highly affluent, highly sought-after area of Coral Gables and overlooks the historic DeSoto Plaza Fountain.
A multi-dimensional marketing campaign was developed and implemented. The campaign yielded over 16,600 web page views and 262 inquiries and property information package downloads. Inquiries were received from prospects located in 21 states and Canada. Over 100 parties attended the property previews.
Sealed bids were collected and a best and final live auction was conducted with bidders who qualified to participate. Competitive bidding at the best and final auction increased the high bid by 18%.
