Tranzon Driggers successfully marketed and sold through an online auction a 5,000+ square-foot luxury estate home in The Concession, one of Lakewood Ranch, Florida’s most prestigious gated golf communities.
A comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaign was strategically developed and executed to maximize exposure and buyer engagement. The campaign included targeted online real estate listings, search engine advertising, social media promotion, email marketing, direct mail outreach, a detailed property information package, and a custom real estate sign designed in full compliance with neighborhood standards.
