A custom, multifaceted marketing campaign was developed and implemented to expose the property to as many prospects as possible. The campaign consisted of numerous real estate websites, digital advertising, social media marketing, print advertising, direct mail promotional piece, professional aerial and property video and photography, custom auction sign, and proactive buyer and broker outreach.
Marketing efforts yielded more than 54,000 individual online property views and 145 inquiries from prospects located in 25 states. Twenty-three parties attended property previews or private showings.
