  • Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: Closing to take place on or before March 25, 2026, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: Online registration requires $9,900 hold on a valid credit card. The hold will be released post-auction. A 10% deposit is due within 48 hours of being notified that you are the successful high bidder.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
