  • Buyer's Premium: N/A
  • Closing: Settlement shall take place within ten (10) business days after entry of an order in the Bankruptcy Cases by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia approving the sale of the Property.
  • Deposit Amount: High bidder will execute a Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate and provide a minimum auction day deposit of $25,000 per property in guaranteed funds, with 10% due within 24 hours. A cashier’s check or certified check made payable to RL Escrow & Title in the amount of $25,000 per property must be shown at registration.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 1% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
