• Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
• Closing: Closing shall occur within thirty (30) days after the auction or within ten (10) business days after the Sale Confirmation Order becomes final and nonappealable, whichever is later, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
• Deposit Amount: Winning bidder required to increase their deposit to 10% of the purchase price via wire transfer to closing agent within 24 hours.
