Print Terms and Conditions
- Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
- Closing: Closing shall occur within thirty (30) days after the auction or within ten (10) business days after the Sale Confirmation Order becomes final and nonappealable, whichever is later. Sold “AS-IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS,” with no warranties of title whatsoever
- Deposit Amount: To become an approved bidder, a $10,000 wire or cashier’s check is required. Winning bidder required to increase their deposit to 10% of the purchase price via wire transfer to closing agent within 24 hours. Please see Property Information Package for complete details.
- Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
- Agency Disclosure: The member company acting as auctioneer/agent is an agent for the seller only.

Online Bidding Instructions:
You must complete the following steps in order to become a qualified bidder in this auction:
1. Click Register to Bid on the property listing on Tranzon.com and complete the Online Bidding Certification Form.
2. Submit the required Bid Deposit, $10,000 wire transfer or cashier’s check payable to Tranzon Driggers Escrow Account. Wire instructions will be provided through CertifID, a secure system for delivering wire instructions.

The Online Bidding Certification Form must be completed and Bid Deposit received by Tranzon before June 22, 2026 at 5 pm ET.
Incomplete Bidder Certifications will not be accepted. Tranzon Driggers and Tranzon Alderfer, its agents and affiliates, the Bankruptcy Court, and the Seller and its employees and affiliates are not responsible for incomplete bidding certification forms and bid deposits not received.
Bid Deposits of all bidders except the winning bidder and back-up bidder shall be returned within three (3) business days of the auction end by priority, signature required mail or wire transfer.
