All bidders must agree to all of the Terms & Conditions of Auction Sale prior to bidding at any Tranzon auction. Listings may be withdrawn or modified without notice at anytime.

- Buyer's Premium: 8% Buyer's Premium based on the high bid.
- Closing: 45-day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
- Deposit Amount: $50,000, by cashier’s check. Deposit to be increased to equal ten percent (10%) of purchase price (high bid + buyer’s premium) within three (3) business days of council approval.
- Buyer Agent Compensation: 2.5% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
- Agency Disclosure: The member company acting as auctioneer/agent is an agent for the seller only.
