  • Buyer's Premium: 7% Buyer's Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: Within 45 days of auction. Buyer may elect to extend closing by an additional fifteen (15) days with a non-refundable deposit of $25,000.
  • Deposit Amount: High bidder to deliver an initial deposit of $50,000 due within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of the auction. Deposit shall be increased to an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total purchase price (high bid + buyer’s premium) within five (5) days of seller’s acceptance.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
