- Buyer's Premium: None
- Closing: 30-day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
- Deposit Amount: $5,000.00, in cash or certified funds. Deposit to be increased to equal ten percent (10%) of purchase price within five (5) days of auction.
- Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
- Agency Disclosure: The member company acting as auctioneer/agent is an agent for the seller only.
