  • Closing: 60-day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $25,000, in certified funds (bank check, Earnnest or wire transfer) with submission of sealed bid. High bidder to deposit ten percent (10%) of purchase price within twenty-four (24) hours of seller’s acceptance of the high bid.
