  • Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: On or before September 4, 2026, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: A certified, cashier’s check or a Bank Letter of Credit guaranteeing payment in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to Tranzon Alderfer to be submitted with Sealed Bid. Deposit monies will be adjusted to be 10% of successful bid price.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
