  • Closing: On or before July 3, 2026, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: 10% deposit due via wire transfer within 48 hours of auction closing.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
