Former East Side Catholic School Headed to Auction Block

A former Catholic school on Buffalo's East Side is headed to auction after being put on the market last year.

Online real estate auction platform Tranzon will accept bids for 21 Davidson Ave. from noon April 29 through noon May 6.

The team at Tranzon is pitching the property as a redevelopment opportunity that could be converted into apartments or occupied by another school.

The building previously housed Nativity Miguel Middle School, which recently moved to the former St. Stanislaus School at 128 Wilson St.

Nativity Miguel is an independent Catholic school, not directly affiliated with a diocese.

The school put the Davidson Avenue property on the market in May 2025 with an asking price of $2 million.

Hunt Commercial Real Estate handled the listing and partnered with Tranzon for the online auction.
