Buyers Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
Deposit Amount: Successful High Bidder must execute Purchase & Sale Agreement immediately following auction close and provide a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the full purchase price within 24 hours of notification of seller approval.
Broker Co-op: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
