  • Buyer's Premium: N/A
  • Closing: On or before January 16, 2026, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $10,000 via wire transfer, irrevocable ACH transfer via Earnnest, or cashier’s check made payable to Tranzon Driggers Escrow Account. Balance of 10% deposit due via wire transfer to the closing agent within 48 hours of being notified as the successful bidder.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 2% of the purchase price will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.

In order to participate in the online auction for this property you must complete the following steps:

2. Complete Step 1, Verify your Information. Click Change Your Information if you need to make any updates. Click the check box certifying that you are 18 years of age or older, click Continue.

3. Complete Step 2, Accept Terms & Conditions. Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction. Enter your name and click Agree and Continue.

4. After your completed Registration Request is received by Tranzon Driggers, an associate will contact you by email to make arrangements for you to submit your required Bid Deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 to Tranzon Driggers Escrow Account via Earnnest or wire transfer. The Registration Request and Bid Deposit must both be received by Tranzon Driggers no later than 5 pm ET, December 16, 2025.

5. After your Bid Deposit is received and verified, you will be authorized to bid in the online auction and will receive an email confirmation.
