  • Buyers Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid or $5,000, whichever is greater.
  • Closing: Closing will be within 60-90 days from the auction, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $5,000 USD cashier’s check payable to Tranzon Driggers Escrow Account. Balance of 10% due via wire transfer to escrow agent within 24 hrs. of notification of seller acceptance.
