  • Buyers Premium: None.
  • Closing: Within 45 calendar days of auction. Purchaser shall have the option to extend closing an additional 15 calendar days so long as Purchaser increases the deposit by an additional $100,000. This additional deposit must be received by Auction Firm no later than 40 calendar days from the auction. Sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $50,000, in certified funds. Deposit to be increased to ten percent (10%) of purchase price within 5 business days of auction.
  • Broker Co-op: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
