Additional Terms and Conditions:
Bidders will be required to provide an initial deposit of $5,000.00 with a credit card, certified funds or wire transfer to be qualified to bid online. 

Buyers Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition, no contingencies.
Deposit Amount: 10% deposit with a minimum deposit of $5,000 in guaranteed funds.
Broker Co-op: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement. the seller only.
