Tranzon Asset Advisors offered this 395 acre ag property which included land suitable for pasture, row crop and timber. Also included on the property were several ponds and lakes, two residential homes, a barn and other out buildings. The property was offered in six tracts and ultimately ended up trading to a single entity for an increase in the combined price. There were well over 100 bidders in attendance for the real estate and personal property.
