The Seller initially purchased 750 acres and sold portions of it over a 30 year span in addition to mining much of its limestone and receiving large oil and gas leasing bonuses. The auction included the final acreage that had remained unsold. The property was offered in tracts and as an entirety and sold to a developer from Fort Worth.
