  • Closing: 45-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: In order to be eligible to bid, a minimum deposit of $5,000 is required to be wire transferred to Tranzon Fox escrow account. A total deposit of 10% (including the initial $5,000 deposit) is due within 24 hours of being notified that you are the successful high bidder.
