  • Closing: Within 45 days with 15 day extension for an additional deposit of $25,000. Sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: Ten percent of purchase price (high bid + buyer's premium) due within twenty-four (24) hours of auction end.
