  • Closing: 45-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $50,000 in cash or certified funds as a qualification to bid. Deposit to be increased to 10% of purchase price within 5 business days of auction.
  • Broker Co-op: 3% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
