Buyers Premium: None.
Closing: 45-Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
Deposit Amount: 10% deposit with a minimum deposit of $50,000 in guaranteed funds.
Broker Co-op: 2% of the Initial Sealed Bid and 1% of the difference between their Initial Bid and the final Winning Bid will be paid to a properly registered broker whose prospect purchases and closes on the property. Broker participation will be paid on the real estate only.
