Tim Kistel is a Florida Real Estate Broker, licensed general contractor and known as an expert in Florida and Gulf Coast commercial real estate. Having lived on the Gulf Coast for more than 20 years, Mr. Kistel has intimate knowledge of the coastal real estate market as well as seasoned connections with key players in the national commercial arena, all of which serves to help identify the best buyers for client projects.

Mr. Kistel has brokered in excess of $20 million of real property over the past two years demonstrating a proven track record in land development, design, permitting, zoning, infrastructure and construction.

In addition, Mr. Kistel has been a consultant and site selector for national companies such as Seven-Eleven, Wendy’s, Walgreens and CVS. As Senior Disposition Representative for Mariner Capital Management, Inc. during the early 1990’s, Mr. Kistel managed auctions of commercial and residential properties for lenders and the RTC.

Mr. Kistel is managing broker of the Ft. Myers Tranzon Driggers office and serves as project manager for residential and commercial multi-property auctions for lenders and developers through out Florida.

Mr. Kistel earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
