This 2,400+ sf office condominium, after three previous ‘no-bid, no-sale’ foreclosure Sheriff sales, was listed by the bank with Tranzon Asset Advisors to over-market the fourth foreclosure sale. The minimum required bid set by the court was $89,900 and the sale date was set for two days after Christmas. Tranzon Asset Advisors over-marketing strategies produced four bidders that resulted in a final sale price of $140,000 which was $50,000 over the required minimum!
