The developer of a newly completed office building needed to move on to other projects and came to Tranzon for help in selling the remaining unfinished units. The units had been on the market for two years and were competing with bank owned units in the same building. Tranzon marketed the units to area entrepreneurs and investors through a large internet presence, area newspapers and realtors. Multiple bidders attended this reserve auction which resulted in the units being sold!
