Savvy Developer Selects Accelerated Auction Method, Hires Tranzon Driggers To Expedite Home Sales in Georgia & Florida
Live Auction with Internet Component Scheduled for August 30 in Jacksonville
Ocala, FL August 6, 2007 - A savvy developer with a sterling reputation is betting the live auction scheduled in Jacksonville, Florida on August 30 will present golden opportunities to expedite sales of the few homes remaining in several communities in the Sunshine State as well as neighboring Georgia. To up the ante, the live auction - scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel - will be augmented by an on-line version simultaneously held over the Internet via www.BidSpotter.com. The hotel is located in the downtown section of the city at 1201 Riverplace Blvd.
Jim Watson, president of Watson Custom Home Builders in Jacksonville, FL, hired Tranzon Driggers - specialists in accelerated marketing and auction sales of everything from prime real estate to oil rigs - to organize the auction of 12 single-family homes with three of them carrying the tantalizing tags of "going no matter what," according to Walt Driggers, president of the Ocala, FL - based Tranzon Driggers. A private individual also is offering two townhouses at auction on the 30th making 14 residences total up for auction.
